Context
sometimes
I write
and I mean what I say
no pretense
no metaphor
no hidden agenda
only the words
themselves as they’re written
letter for letter
and only in context
sometimes
they become
more than I wanted
more than just
what I meant them to be
and get lost in a context
I didn’t create
and they forget
what they were
supposed to be
